It seems like a decent camera at a good price. The only thing I would be careful of is the type of memory card that is included- 2GB will not store a lot of 12 megapixel photos and barely any HD video. The highest compatible card listed on Best Buy is 16GB and it's around $100. That's a common sales ploy though, the included cards are usually pretty low.
The best thing is to go into the store and check out the camera, play with it and don't let a sales person push you into buying!
