Seemed like a good idea

Took this on vacation in place of disposable waterproof film cameras. I figured that at $12 each plus film developing, the disposables would quickly cost more. We used our other cameras in dry areas. The waterproof case worked great at keeping this camera dry in wet and submerged situations. The controls are able to be used with the waterproof case because it has buttons that push on the controls of the camera – innovative. The screen was not visable once under water. Snorkeling photos were just point and shoot guessing game. Very few photos came out clear. Camera controls are not real user friendly and it is very sensitive to movement – blurry action shots. Batteries were short-lived and the camera would not stay on due to low battery. I think that low batteries caused/added to the problems, but not sure. We will have to try again.
